Day five started the same as the days before with a good breakfast, and then we headed onto the main street and got a tuk tuk. Today we went and saw the Elephants, when we arrived there at the main entrance was a baby elephant and its trainer to greet us. It was so cool we got to pat and take photos with the baby elephant and also feed it bananas. As Felicity said “awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww so cure”.
After waiting around a bit our elephant was ready to go; the elephant was bumpy to ride on but you got used to it. I think our elephant was the naughty one because its trainer roused on him a bit. What they do is take you on about a 45minute ride on the elephant up this county hill and once up top of the hill you get a good view of the other side of the coastline.
Once our elephant ride was over we went back to the big shopping centre in Phuket and we (Felicity) did a lot of shopping. But the funniest thing happened at the shops I was standing at this little store that sold Anime figures and this loud mouth American came rushing over and said “Wow Naruto figures! ………….. OH GOD Dragonball Z I’m losing me sh#t!!!!!!.” All I could do is just laugh with the guy but I could understand it was DBZ after all.
So once Felicity was done with the mall we got ice cream and headed back to the hotel. After freshening up we went and had dinner and went back to the markets one last time. At the moment I’m watching the King of Fighter movie (didn’t even know their was one) while writing this blog and this is my last blog from Phuket hopefully we will have wi-fi at the hotel in Bangkok .
